movement + exploration experience meant for bodies of all kinds, ultimately honing in to guide mental and physiological system(s) toward optimal connectivity. With the intent to cultivate a safe space for creative expression, the primary focus is to develop a clearer sense of bodily awareness + build towards independent practice, improving daily presence with better balanced connection with self in relation to others utilizing various technical exercises. With careful and thoughtful facilitation, every gathering should present as opportune to reflect, play, collaborate, and release, opening a variety of avenues for process optimization and further developing individualized and/or collective expression.
